World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

It is important to know that the item rerolled will not be able to maintain its strength or have any of its wasted resources.
Certain upgraded items can only be rerolled only if the original item was a Unique, Rare or Epic. Some exceptional items can also be suitable for rerolling, however their original stats will be replaced by a flat bonus. This means that rerolling a Rare item will result in a Normal version of the same type, whereas rolling an Epic item will result in an Elite version of the same type.
Upgraded items may have additional modifications that can enhance their performance and increase their stats. These additional modifiers do not come with the upgrade price. They can be acquired through questing, buying them on the Trading Post or from other players. Alternatively, they can be earned through completing certain missions in the game.
To upgrade a piece of equipment, visit the NPC [Armoror Boboko located in Central Flarine. You will require Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 is dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 can be found from Bosses). You will also require various quantities of Minerals and Erons.
Time is a factor.
Upgrades to items can be a great way to increase your ship's stats and gear without having to upgrade them. They're not cheap, but they are a good way to boost your stats and not have to spend a lot of time fighting. A player can turn an item into another upgradeable item by selecting it and pressing the green button an arrow that indicates reroll. This alters the layout of the item window and allow players to select up to six items to "recycle". The item will be replaced with one of the level 1 items. Recycled items don't keep their current level or amount of resources used to upgrade them.
The maximum level of upgrade for an item is determined by the item's level and its quality.
